Job Responsibilities for Banking Client Consultant:

• Support the team in reaching growth objectives in financial success and acquiring new primary clients by assisting with client introductions and sales strategies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing account inquiries, issues, or grievances, and effectively resolving them through thorough research and clear communication in a prompt manner. Offer support that ensures positive interactions with clients and provides valuable insights. Achieve and surpass targets related to client interaction set by Retail Leadership, such as generating referrals and fostering engagement.
• Provide precise and punctual daily financial transactions and aim to minimize avoidable losses within control. Comprehend and comply with all relevant bank policies and regulations, ensuring accuracy.
• Execute unique assignments and extra tasks as necessary. Demonstrates a steady commitment to adhering to the regulations and standards associated with the position, as outlined, and finishes obligatory compliance education. Responsible for upholding compliance with relevant federal, state, and local legislation and rules.

Job Requirements of Banking Client Consultant:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or a foreign equivalent is mandatory.
• Mandatory 3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience within the financial services sector is desired.
