Job Description: Relationship Banker

The role of a Relationship Banker involves providing financial services and guidance to individual clients. Tasked with delivering financial services such as initiating and finalizing accounts, aiding customers with queries, and advocating for bank offerings. Aids in team growth and detects sales prospects to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish, upkeep, and conclude customer accounts (checking, savings, IRA, and deposit accounts).
Explain bank offerings and identify opportunities for upselling amenities to cater to diverse client needs.
Address customer concerns and offer assistance with managing accounts.
Update account details and ensure the accuracy of record-keeping.
Uphold privacy standards and provide top-notch customer service.
Manage team operations, create reports, and conduct audits.
Achieve sales targets and enhance customer connections.

Qualifications:

Completion of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
0–3 years of experience in banking or customer service.
Fundamental understanding of financial instruments.

Requirements:

Fulfilling necessary training courses.
Proficient in managing financial accounts, debit card transactions, and customer maintenance.
Understanding of fraud prevention, wire transfers, and online banking services.

Skills:

Effective communication abilities and excellent customer service aptitude.
Fundamental understanding of mathematics and computer proficiency.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Total: 40 hours per week
