As an Investment Associate at PNC, you will contribute to branch success by supporting customer banking needs, assisting with financial transactions, and providing high-quality service experiences. Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and connect clients with the appropriate branch specialists when necessary.
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and branch engagement activities.
• Recommend suitable banking products and financial solutions based on customer goals.
• Recognize opportunities to expand customer relationships and refer clients to relevant banking professionals.
• Support customers in using online banking tools, mobile technology, and self-service financial resources.
• Address customer concerns by applying operational knowledge and understanding of banking products.
• Maintain compliance and operational accuracy while completing daily teller and branch responsibilities.
