Raymond James, renowned for its 60-year heritage and esteemed standing in the Financial Services industry, is currently on the lookout for a dynamic Client Solutions Representative. The desired individual will demonstrate a proactive approach, a meticulous eye for detail, and a talent for innovative issue resolution to join our thriving team. This integral position involves delivering superior administrative support to Financial Advisors, prospective and existing clients, and other staff members at the branch.

Crucial Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Undertakes a significant number of daily interactions by handling simple inquiries and organizing meetings with potential and current clients through phone calls, in-person interactions, online channels, and postal communications.
  • Assists Financial Advisors and branch office staff by working independently and in a dynamic team environment.
  • Executes client financial transactions and meticulously handles advisor/branch expenses with a priority on maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization.
  • Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information using internal databases and technological tools.
  • Verifies the accuracy and compliance of client paperwork and documentation in accordance with firm and industry standards prior to submission, following up to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Develops written materials including letters, documentation, and appraisals to support client service and development.
  • Produces concise business briefs and client-specific reports for advisor review.
  • Manages, organizes, and updates client records and files using CRM software.
  • Supports financial advisors with marketing efforts, including coordinating client seminars and events.
  • Executes orders under the direction of the Financial Advisor.
  • Participates in training, cross-training, and professional development to remain current on firm and industry policies.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Skills In:

  • CRM and contact management applications to track customer information and communication history.
  • Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets and customized reports.
  • Clear and effective communication across in-person, virtual, phone, and written platforms.
  • Operating standard office equipment and essential computer software.
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and researching account information.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with shifting urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recognizing urgent matters and organizing competing priorities effectively.
  • Proactive follow-up to ensure issues or errors are fully resolved.
  • Maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service under pressure.
  • Efficient problem-solving through timely identification and resolution of challenges.
  • Applying mathematical methods to process account and transaction data.
  • Communicating effectively across all organizational levels to promote collaboration.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Knowledge Of:

  • The structure, policies, purpose, and strategies of an organization.
  • Standard practices, procedures, and techniques used in office environments.
  • Concepts, techniques, and protocols related to securities industry investments.
  • Financial markets, a broad range of financial instruments, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Ability To:

  • Work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service.

Background in Education and Past Work Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One or more years of experience in the securities industry or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by HR.
