Job Overview for Investment Services Analyst:

In the role of Investment Services Analyst, you will primarily be focused on compiling, analyzing, and presenting investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and related entities. Collaborating closely with senior team members and external partners, your main objective will be to ensure the precision of fund accounting and contribute to financial reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the general ledger entries for diverse fund entities
• Construct additional paperwork for financial reports, asset schedules, and apportionment of capital funds
• Construct financial documentation with added footnotes to provide in-depth information
• Examine the monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance metrics to draw insights and conclusions
• Analyze or arrange for the collection of capital commitments, dividends, and the verification of bank balances
• Compute the charges for management services, annual fees, and performance incentives
• Generate written materials for clients that discuss the progress of their investments, their investment allocation, and their financial reporting
• Analyze waterfalls and allocate funds to capital accounts accordingly
• Participate in particular undertakings as asked
