Branch Development Manager:

Qualifications:

• Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are favored.
• Having gained extensive experience over a 5-year tenure in a professional capacity.
• Candidates should have a background that includes three years of supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Job role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Capability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret balance sheets displaying a company's financial condition.
• Ability to adeptly present information and answer queries from groups spanning managers, employees, clients, and the general populace.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage, and monitor the complete activities and functioning of a branch office, encompassing the evaluation and tracking of sales and customer service accomplishments in comparison to established plans and benchmarks.
• Reach out to current and prospective patrons within the branch and through outside promotional efforts to introduce products and services to a new audience of consumers and corporate clients.
• Reach out to diverse customers, enterprises, localities, and community groups to boost business prospects; facilitate training sessions to equip staff with the requisite knowledge on sales, service, and product information.
• Craft a detailed roadmap to ensure the targeted banking products achieve maximum profitability within the branch.
• Ensure that the prescribed methods are implemented for managing and monitoring assets, records, securities, and loan collateral.
• Prepare essential financial and regulatory reports as required by law, directives, and senior management oversight.
• Engage with community entities and events to advertise and increase awareness of the various bank products and services available.
• Responsible for overseeing the performance management of branch staff and managing subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees within the branch.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities while following the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Furthermore, duties include conducting interviews, hiring, and training staff members; planning, assigning, and overseeing work; appraising performance; recognizing achievements and managing discipline; addressing grievances and solving problems.
