Job Description:Senior Retail Banker
The primary function of this position is to act as the initial contact person for clients at financial centers, assisting in identifying the personal banking needs of individual and small business clients, providing suitable solutions, and connecting clients with specialists. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, helping clients with self-service activities or transactions, and delivering exceptional client service. Job expectations involve proactively reaching out to clients through outbound calls and maintaining consistent follow-up procedures.
Responsibilities:
Cooperating with teams to provide financial center clients with a spectrum of consumer and small business options, services, and plans for fulfilling their personal banking needs and supporting them in achieving their distinct life objectives
Educating, supporting, and coaching customers on utilizing self-service technologies for basic transactional needs
Enhances the client experience and ensures operational efficiency and accuracy by leveraging available resources, technologies, and processes
Ensures compliance with established processes, legislation, and guidelines when undertaking day-to-day activities like account initiation, account management, and interactions with Digital Assisted Shopping
Oversees customer interactions by choosing the best approach for the bank and its clients, in line with all regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Should have at least twelve months of established sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment. Alternatively, should have served as a Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.

Possesses the adeptness to learn and adjust to fresh data, technological platforms, navigate uncertainty, and adapt to changing situations.

Exemplifies the capability to effectively manage time, organize, prioritize, and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
The expectation is to either be a commissioned notary or to successfully apply for a notary commission within a few months of beginning the position, with the timeframe subject to variation due to differing state regulations.
Prepared to work weekends and/or extended hours as the situation demands.
Desired Qualifications:
Successful completion of a program in business, finance, or a similar field at the Associate's or Bachelor's degree level.
Prior experience in a financial setting where goals were consistently met and exceeded.
Previous experience in a compensation model that encompasses a base salary and performance-linked bonuses in a retail or sales context.
Previous engagement in a work setting that prioritized the accomplishment of individual and collective goals with a track record of surpassing them.
Expertise in managing financial information, spreadsheets, and financial proficiencies.
Comprehension of the banking industry's products and services.
Shows proficiency in Microsoft applications and practical knowledge of laptop technology from past experiences
