Job Description:

A Loan Servicing Specialist is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
Open and maintain personal and business accounts

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
