Mortgage Production Manager Job Description:

Works closely with the Mortgage Production Manager to supervise and direct Mortgage Loan Originators in achieving production objectives, operational effectiveness, and regional profitability, while also managing a personal portfolio of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, screens, and trains high-caliber professionals with a strong focus on employee retention and performance enhancement. Actively participates in local and state mortgage, real estate, and construction associations to stay informed on industry trends and issues. Communicates business objectives, goals, and company performance results to the team, fostering a successful sales environment through coaching, training, and the development of marketing resources.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• More than two years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business opportunities and manage professional relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, operational processes, and current market trends.
