Role Summary:

An Investment Associate is a financial professional responsible for supporting clients across a range of banking and investment-related services, including account opening, transaction processing, financial advisory support, and promotion of banking products and services. This role plays a key part in developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall performance of the financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
• Open and maintain personal and business financial accounts
• Provide guidance on banking and investment-related products including loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Handle customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally
• Support branch sales and service objectives through coordination and teamwork
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation
