Relationship Banking Manager

Job Summary:

The Relationship Banking Manager plays a critical role in the strategic management and development of a commercial client portfolio. This position is focused on cultivating long-term client partnerships, driving sustainable business growth, and maintaining high standards of credit quality.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage diverse collections of business loans and deposit accounts.
• Forge enduring professional connections with existing customers and new business prospects.
• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of loan and deposit requests.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to deliver customized banking services to clients.
• Underwrite loan applications and verify that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain continuous oversight of investment performance while executing effective risk management strategies.
• Strictly adhere to the protocols and regulatory guidelines established by the bank to ensure total compliance.
• Provide premium customer support, ensuring all client concerns are resolved with high satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
• Proven track record in commercial lending, specifically with 5 to 10 years of hands-on industry experience.
• Deep expertise in technical credit evaluation and complex loan structuring techniques.
• Fundamental proficiency in banking regulations and operational practices to ensure financial security.
• Advanced expertise in consultative sales techniques and client engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and related financial software.
