• Cultivating solid relationships with branch colleagues and business associates to enhance customer acquisition and strengthen connections with existing clientele while skillfully coordinating sources of influence inside and outside the organization.
• Making sure that operational, risk, security, and audit protocols are followed, along with the proper recording of client communications.
• Supporting branch operations involves aiding with customer transactions at the Teller counter when required.
• Engage in and sometimes lead morning meetings and wrap-up sessions at the end of the day.
• Additional tasks will be required as needed; responsibilities and tasks may shift, or new ones may be allocated at any point, with or without prior notification.
• Adheres to all KeyBank policies and protocols, such as maintaining a professional demeanor consistently, engaging in ethical business practices, steering clear of conflicts of interest, and prioritizing the welfare of Key's clients and the organization in all actions.

Education Qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED, or comparable work background is necessary
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of practice in cultivating relationships with both existing and potential customers, reaching sales targets, and establishing networks for referrals is necessary. Prioritizing sales experience over financial services expertise is crucial for this role at KeyBank. • Proficiency in digital technology (such as mobile devices, applications, and online browsing) and capacity to instruct customers on digital tools and functionalities within the Key system are essential qualifications

• Understands the client's financial records and dealings with the bank and makes wise decisions when interacting with clients and carrying out transactions
• Proven skill in achieving sales and referral targets by utilizing scheduled meetings and meaningful discussions to suggest products or services aligned with customers' financial health objectives, making use of generated leads, spontaneous visits, and networking connections
