Responsibilities of Private Banker:
Client Acquisition & Conversion: Actively identify prospects, establish contact, and convert prospects into clients.
Client Insight: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, wealth generation, and anticipate events with significant financial implications.
Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice on financial matters.
Long-Term Relationships: Build relationships with client families across generations to establish long-term connections to Citi Private Bank.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients, ensuring seamless execution of Citi’s internal processes and services.
Escalation Management: Identify critical issues and escalate them appropriately to expedite resolution.
Ethical Standards: Apply sound ethical judgment in all business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and managing control issues with transparency.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on financial industry trends, market conditions, and new products.
Qualifications for Private Banker:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, specifically covering the UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) market. Proven track record in relationship selling and leading client teams.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Citi Private Bank’s banking products, systems, platforms, and tools.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead client teams and manage transactions effectively.
