Job Summary for Investment Banking Associate:

As a Investment Banking Associate at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience that prioritizes enhancing financial well-being and fostering customer allegiance.
• Executes customer interactions effectively and with precision.
• Counsels customers on the alternative methods they can use for their financial dealings.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Encourages customers to partake in lobby activities and engaging conversations.
• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Identifies sales prospects and refers clients to the suitable team members to enhance relationships.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of products and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
• Makes sure that all teller and branch activities are executed accurately, in strict adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.
