The Senior Investment Advisor provides expert financial guidance to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. This role involves developing personalized wealth management strategies, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. The advisor builds and maintains strong client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while representing the bank with professionalism and integrity.

The Huntington Financial Advisors group seeks professionals with the passion and drive to build long-lasting relationships with both existing and new clients to become Senior Investment Advisors. Our advisors partner closely with branch staff to uncover client needs and offer the most appropriate financial solutions for their short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for personal production goals and customer service objectives for all assigned branches and/or book of business.
• Recommend investment and insurance strategies that are customized to each client by evaluating their entire financial plan, goals, time frame for investments, and risk tolerance.
• Regularly educate branch team members in each location on how to better profile customers to recognize both short-term and long-term goals, offering the necessary solutions when required.
• Provide continuous training and sales support to assigned branches to ensure a top-tier customer experience for all clients and prospects.
• Engaging with all business sectors to deliver clients with comprehensive solutions for their needs.
• Fulfills any other assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of twelve months of investment sales background is preferred
• Life and Health is a standard requirement for those working in financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP
• The position calls for 2-3 years of experience in the investments area
• Cultivating experience in advising, inspiring, and empowering individuals within a team environment
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations as well as reaching assigned goals and targets
• Capability to engage effectively with a wide range of prospects and clients, keen attention to detail in paperwork, and a commitment to providing outstanding service with ongoing follow-up
