Job Overview:

The Banking Solutions Associate is a banking professional who plays a key role in delivering TD's Brand promise at a Store location. The role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions while providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools that help customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications:

• The job requires all applicants to have either a high school diploma or GED.
• Preference given to those with 1 year of customer interaction experience (volunteering, educational background, or military service accepted).
• Preferred candidates will showcase their customer service skills.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Capacity to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as outlined in the schedule.
• Successful completion of Teller training and the first part of platform training is necessary for new hires.
• Demonstrates the capability to multitask proficiently and exhibit strong organizational skills in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication competence (clear, concise, and unwavering).
• Skilled in efficiently solving problems and organizing work based on importance.
• Showing proficiency in working without supervision and meeting established deadlines.
• Having the capacity to make sound decisions is a critical skill in life.
• Capable in Microsoft Office operations.
• Notary License preferred.

• Engages with clientele, offers financial insights, and fosters relationships via lead management efforts.
• Cultivates and upholds customer rapport by actively listening and holding comprehensive product insights.
• Pinpoints opportunities for promoting and educating on products and services or recommending the suitable partner.
• Coordinates inquiries, serves as the lobby manager, and directs customer foot traffic accordingly.
• Manages the coordination of appointments, adjusts meeting schedules when required, and supports in aligning banker availability.
• Engages with customers on matters concerning account initiation/termination, leveraging digital banking tools, resolving card-related issues, and handling general service needs.

Sales, service, and banking operations encompass a wide range of activities that contribute to the overall success and sustainability of a banking institution:

• Successfully executes common transactions on the teller line and platform.
• Supports customers in setting up and maintaining personal deposit accounts while also addressing any debit or credit card concerns.
• Takes part in customer outreach activities such as placing outbound calls, transmitting messages through SMS, following up on campaign leads, and generating personal leads.
• Unfailingly provides remarkable service while highlighting, educating on, and guiding towards TD items.
• Coordinates referrals to Store colleagues and partners for in-depth financial services.

Risk management frameworks include processes for risk management, compliance actions, and control implementations:

• Ensures adherence to operational protocols, procedures, and legal standards.
• Adheres to customer verification policies, performs rigorous due diligence checks, and follows regulatory guidelines for processing transactions and opening accounts.
• Maintains the privacy of customer details and complies with the security regulations of the bank.
• Administers cash tills, protects cash reserves, adheres to cash limits, and implements dual control measures.
• Ensures the aligned documentation with regulations, critical dates, and internal checks are in place.
• Successfully covers all aspects of compliance and regulatory training relevant to the job.
