• An in-depth understanding of the bank's deposit products and electronic banking services is a key requirement.
• Engage in sales techniques that prioritize uncovering customer needs, identifying referral prospects, and recommending suitable products and services to fulfill those needs.

• Adept at overseeing the creation of basic deposit accounts, addressing electronic banking inquiries, services, and operations, carrying out account maintenance duties, and providing referrals to other business units.
• Efficiently maintain and balance cash in a drawer.
• Deliver top-notch assistance to clients, coworkers, and team members.
• Familiarize yourself with and adhere to several policies, regulations, and procedures, encompassing security, compliance, and operational practices.
• Attend regular job-related training programs that encompass various aspects including sales tactics, customer satisfaction, compliance protocols, and product familiarity.
• Can consider moving to a neighboring branch to help out with staffing requirements if the need arises.
