Job Overview:

As an Investment Specialist at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, supporting clients with financial transactions, and contributing to smooth branch operations. This role is centered on enhancing client financial well-being while identifying opportunities to introduce appropriate banking and investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized client experience focused on improving financial wellness and strengthening customer loyalty.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Help clients understand available options for managing their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during client interactions and refer them to appropriate branch or investment team members.
• Engage clients in branch activities, discussions, and educational events.
• Customize PNC financial solutions based on individual client needs and goals.
• Recognize sales opportunities and connect clients with the appropriate specialists to deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, technology solutions, and self-service options for effective financial management.
• Use product knowledge and procedural expertise to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Ensure branch and teller operations are performed accurately in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.
