Acting as a Senior Financial Planner necessitates supplying proficient financial direction to affluent clientele, aiding them in realizing their enduring financial targets. Primary duties consist of devising tailored wealth management strategies encompassing investment avenues, retirement blueprints, estate planning, and risk mitigation methods. Cultivating and upholding robust client bonds, spotting possibilities for advancement, and teaming up with internal experts to offer holistic financial resolutions are fundamental in this role. An additional facet involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards while projecting a polished and principled image of the bank.

The Huntington Financial Advisors team is in search of individuals who are enthusiastic and motivated to create lasting connections with both existing and prospective clients as they step into the position of Senior Financial Planner. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with branch staff members to identify the needs of clients and offer appropriate financial solutions to meet their immediate and long-term objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving personal production quotas and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within designated branches or book of clients.
• Develop personalized investment and insurance strategies for clients by examining their complete financial picture, including assets, targets, investment horizon, and willingness to take risks.
• Consistently coach branch staff in every branch to enhance their ability to understand customers' short and long-term goals and offer necessary solutions.
• Offer continual support and training to specific branches to enhance the customer service provided to both current and potential customers.
• Partnering with every business unit to ensure clients receive the best solutions for their demands.
• Undertakes supplementary duties as directed.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in investment sales
• Securing licenses such as Series 7, 63, 65/66, and Life and Health is a standard requirement for those working in financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CFP
• The ideal candidate will have a solid 2-3 years of experience in the investments sector
• Acquiring skills in coaching, inspiring, and supporting individuals while working within a team framework
• Established reputation for exceeding expectations and meeting assigned objectives
• Proficiency in communicating with a broad spectrum of leads and customers, a meticulous approach to paperwork, and a strong commitment to delivering top-quality service and consistent follow-up
