Responsibilities include:

• Improve customer experience by swiftly acknowledging clients, determining their needs, suggesting fitting products and services, and promptly responding to any inquiries they may have.
• Foster client collaboration in financial reviews and business financial analyses to suggest relevant solutions and uncover any supplementary financial needs.
• Give recommendations and fulfill obligations to clients as agreed.
• Establishes and sustains direct connections with both external and internal clients, consistently providing forward-thinking solutions and resolving issues according to the bank's Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Manages the process of establishing consumer and business accounts, welcoming both new and established clientele.
• Supports Client Service Specialists in promoting teamwork and takes on teller responsibilities, like cash transactions, on an as-needed basis.
• Contributes to the branch's objective by identifying and referring a broad selection of bank products and services to the appropriate internal business partners.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and procedures.
• Handles client issues and requests promptly, demonstrating thoroughness in completion.
• Growing acquaintance with trade, customer, and confidence organizations.
• Other responsibilities may be designated as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is a prerequisite for this position.
• Individuals who have spent a year working in client service specialist (teller) or comparable roles in banking are preferred applicants.
• Knowledge of the basic consumer banking practices and the assortment of products and services accessible.
• Enthusiasm and capability to actively build consumer lending skills.
• Competence in complying with standardized operational protocols.
• Competence in accurately managing cash transactions, balancing accounts, and executing precise calculations.
• Skill in handling multiple and different client requests within set deadlines.
• Capable of enhancing customer relationships through the creation of new associations and the growth of established ones, leveraging personal and professional anecdotes to build a connection with clients.
• Acquainted with the legal requirements at the state level regarding products and services.
• Essential skills for this position include reading, writing, and basic math.
• Able to lift objects that are 25 pounds in weight.
• Skill in maintaining a standing position for extended durations.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.
