In the capacity of an Wealth Consultant, your principal responsibility is to provide expert financial guidance to independent investors and potential clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the financial markets. Your main task will be to identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and assist clients in making knowledgeable investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Financial Assistance: Offer advice to potential clients and self-reliant investors, supporting them in recognizing and implementing investment approaches that complement their financial objectives.
• Investment awareness: Increase clients' awareness by educating them on the diverse investment products, services, and trading techniques accessible through Bank of America.
• Relationship cultivation: Cultivate client connections by identifying extended investment requirements and connecting them with suitable business associates.
• Deliver top-notch client assistance by responding to general account inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and offering timely solutions.
• Perform Trades: Accurately execute and confirm trade orders, securities transactions, and other investment requests initiated by clients with precision.
• Educating and supporting clients in utilizing online resources and tools can empower them to make informed investment decisions.
• Tackle Client Disputes: Manage, research, and communicate proficiently to resolve client issues with ownership and ensure a high degree of client gratification.
• Maintain a current awareness of Merrill products, policies, services, and market trends to better assist clients with informed recommendations.
• Strict compliance with Bank of America's policies, procedures, and industry regulations is necessary for supervising client interactions and investments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Having worked in a call center before is advantageous but not a must.
• It is advantageous to have prior brokerage experience.
• A track record of over a year in the financial industry or a similar sector.
