Business Client Managers are instrumental in building and sustaining strong relationships with commercial clients to support long-term partnerships and business success.

This role is centered on driving growth by developing and managing relationships with middle-market clients. You will deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, deposits, and other banking services while achieving sales objectives within defined risk guidelines. The position requires the ability to identify new opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and provide strategic financial advice. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure client needs are met while managing a profitable and well-balanced portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities for lending, deposit growth, and cross-selling banking products.
• Structure, negotiate, and close financing arrangements.
• Review financial statements and monitor client credit performance.
• Provide financial recommendations aligned with client business objectives.
• Develop partnerships with industry contacts and referral sources.

Additional Duties:

• Develop expertise in specialized industries or market segments as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial banking, credit, or a related area
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex client portfolios
