Key Responsibilities:

Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds
Establishing and sustaining individual and commercial financial accounts
Provide information on banking offerings including loans, credit card opportunities, and savings options
Determine the needs of customers and propose the right financial options
Cultivate and uphold enduring customer bonds to secure their satisfaction and allegiance
Follow all inner guidelines and adhere to legal requirements set by the government
Provide efficient and courteous solutions to customer problems
Assist in meeting the branch's objectives regarding sales and service achievements
Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
