Job Description:

The primary role of the Commercial Client Manager at Regions is to deliver credit and a diverse range of product and service solutions to clients in a designated geographic area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recognizes, ranks, and devises a plan for building relationships with key clients and prospects, emphasizing retention and expansion opportunities
• Dispenses proficient recommendations and fixes, solidifies client rapport, and enhances avenues for generating revenue in the context of the Commercial Bank realm
• Recognizes both current and evolving client requirements and introduces proactive solutions
• Engages with key industry partners to collectively build and provide a range of expert services through collaborative portfolio management efforts
• Strategizes and carries out effective communication with clients/prospects to achieve desired outcomes
• Handles the progression of transactions from the outset to the conclusion, encompassing the arrangement, valuation, internal endorsement and conformity procedures, and record-keeping
• Physical workouts improve financial astuteness and the ability to set competitive prices
• Successfully completes training for Relationship Management Process and credit proficiency assessment
• Implements regular methods acquired from the Relationship Management Process and mandatory credit instruction

This job is outside the scope of timekeeping regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act and does not meet the criteria for receiving overtime wages.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• A background in Commercial Banking or sales for a period of three years, including experience in Relationship Management for at least one year

Preferences:

• Relevant graduate degree

• Having a positive image and a broad circle of professional contacts
• Having a high level of skill in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is crucial

Compensation Details:

The pay scale is specific to each job and serves as a reference point for making decisions on compensation. Given the individual differences in these aspects, the salary will naturally vary among employees in the same position.

The position allows for participation in an optional incentive program where employees may receive a performance-based reward. Workers are given the opportunity to earn a voluntary award based on their performance against outlined measures and targets. This also opens doors for involvement in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
