Role Summary:

A Financial Consultant is a banking professional responsible for supporting clients with a broad range of financial services, including account management, transaction processing, financial guidance, and promotion of banking products. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with daily banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and manage both personal and business banking accounts
Provide guidance on suitable banking products, including loans, credit cards, and savings options
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Support branch sales and service goals through effective collaboration
