U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
The Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and deepening client relationships. This role leverages knowledge of investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client needs. The PWA is expected to drive growth by building relationships both internally and externally, with support from a team of specialists. Additionally, the PWA serves as a U.S. Bank representative in the community and acts as a conduit for PWM’s strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, secure, and bolster relationships with affluent and extremely affluent customers.
Offer comprehensive advice on wealth and estate planning, providing insights on investments, banking services, credit options, insurance solutions, and fiduciary duties.
By recognizing the client's specific needs and circumstances, customized solutions can be developed.
Coordinate efforts with in-house experts to cater to client requirements in multiple specialized fields.
Broker connections between clients and strategic allies to strengthen the scope of services offered by Private Wealth Management.
Increase sales traction and stimulate the building of new client associations in the realm of PWM.
Manage and prioritize client connections by employing a comprehensive strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
Having earned a bachelor's degree or substantial practical familiarity.
Established career spanning at least 8 years dedicated to serving clients with substantial financial means.
Required Qualifications & Skillset:
Exhibiting strong capabilities in network establishment and relationship management, with a focus on business development and networking strategies.
Achieving success in targeted client demographics or vertical industries through strategic partnership initiatives.
Drawing on client profiling insights to create specialized strategies that cater to their unique experiences and preferences.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Expert at communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Exhibiting a sincere commitment to finding solutions and offering strategic guidance to clients.
Demonstrating the ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for business results is a valuable skill in the corporate world.
Individuals with titles such as CFA or CFP are the preferred candidates.
