Job Description:
At Regions, the Personal Banking Associate is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone, and aiding in enhancing the financial wellness of customers. The core responsibility of this role is to establish significant personal relationships with customers during transaction processing, identify opportunities for Regions to meet customer needs, and assist in resolving a range of customer service inquiries.
