Branch Teller Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise branch teller operations to ensure accurate cash handling, efficient workflow, strong customer service, and full compliance with banking policies. Handle escalated issues and support daily branch functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee teller transactions, cash drawers, audits, and daily cash flow.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash operations.
Manage cash inventory and negotiable instruments.
Provide customer service support and resolve escalated issues.
Train, coach, and supervise teller staff performance.
Monitor compliance with policies and operational standards.
Handle reporting, meetings, and branch coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2.5 years of teller experience.
Knowledge of banking operations and basic accounting.

Skills:

Leadership and communication skills.
Supervisory and coaching ability.
Strong math and problem-solving skills.
Banking systems proficiency.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Full-time: 40 hours/week
