Job Summary:

Your core duty will involve ensuring excellent customer service by assisting clients with their routine financial transactions following the Bank's policies and procedures. Moreover, you may be required to travel to various Financial Centers to lend support to the teller teams when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Extend a friendly and polite greeting to clients. Respond to phone calls. Provide account information, address client questions, and direct individuals to the appropriate resources for additional support.
• Perform client transactions accurately and swiftly, which may involve tasks such as receiving cash and check deposits, processing withdrawals, cashing checks, managing loan repayments, issuing official checks and money orders, conducting fund transfers, recording transactions in the general ledger, and completing CTRs correctly.
• Secure an adequate cash stock by conducting transactions with the vault as needed and ensuring adherence to established drawer limits.
• Safeguard the integrity of cash funds, negotiable instruments, and electronic data through the daily verification and reconciliation process.
• Support is available for handling ATM deposits and settlements through retrieval and processing methods.
• May assist with retrieval and processing of deposits made to Night Depository.
• Competent in accepting wire transfers.
• Engaging in the sale and purchase of foreign currency is an acceptable practice.
• Stay current with ongoing training obligations, including those related to compliance and HR.
• Provide the required support for the Private Client Groups.
• There is a likelihood of being asked to support in other Financial Centers.

Job Requirements:

• Essential requirements encompass completing High School or obtaining an equivalent certification such as GED, HiSET, TASC, or a relevant foreign credential.
• Candidates are expected to have accumulated three years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Preference for candidates with a financial services background.
