The Floating Bank Teller is proficient in delivering an outstanding customer experience by engaging in sales, service, and digital interactions with both Consumer and Business Banking customers. They assist in the smooth operation of branch activities, cater to customer service and sales needs, and schedule customer appointments to identify requirements and refer complex issues to suitable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster customer interaction by informing them about the range of Consumer and Business Banking solutions offered. Offer personalized recommendations to meet specific customer needs and advocate for the adoption of digital banking functionalities.
• Administering appointments and consultations involves supervising customer visits that are either scheduled or unscheduled to pinpoint their banking requirements and ensure a seamless transfer to the relevant banking associates for intricate issues.
• Connect with customers preemptively to boost retention rates and build rapport.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in the lobby, greet them, handle queries, and take ownership of resolving their immediate banking needs.
• Support daily branch operations by assisting with customer transactions, resolving overdraft concerns, and maintaining conformity with internal procedures. Carry out operational tasks when necessary.
• Compliance and Risk Management Practices: Remaining up-to-date with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Noticing and elevating possible instances of fraud. Securing compliance with operational and regulatory benchmarks.
• Customer Resolution: Address customer grievances promptly and accurately, documenting them correctly for subsequent follow-up. Ensure efficient and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints.
• Sales Referrals encompass recognizing sales possibilities and guiding customers to the fitting banking partners for personalized product offerings.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional service delivery and efficiently handle customer concerns.
• Boost sales performance and enrich customer interactions at the branch location.
• Assume various roles within the branch setting, from commencing new account procedures and processing loan applications to troubleshooting and managing transaction processing.
• Show understanding and customer-centricity in all interactions, be adaptable to different situations, and demonstrate adeptness in digital skills during engagements with customers.

Meeting the educational and experiential qualifications:

• Fulfilling the education criteria with a GED or high school diploma.
• A background of at least one year in retail sales, call center functions, customer service, or telesales is mandatory.
• Effective verbal and social communication aptitude.
• Proficiency in handling challenging customer interactions and a range of customer needs.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Aptitude for thriving in a high-pressure, team-oriented, fast-paced work environment.
• Competence in utilizing online tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Being bilingual as per the needs of the branch.
• Proven competency in sales accomplishments or referral success.
