Key Accountabilities:

• Support and develop your branch team to consistently meet and exceed targets in sales, customer satisfaction, and daily branch activities.
• Monitor all frontline operational mechanisms to guarantee they conform precisely to company policies, procedural workflows, and financial regulations.
• Drive the growth of community businesses by attracting new clientele and reinforcing the current customer database with consultative assistance.
• Form partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to present clients with fully customized financial solutions that suit their individual needs.
• Attract, enlist, direct, and uphold a high-performing team that is in sync with the organizational principles and service targets.
• Create exact benchmarks for individual branches and implement specific action plans to meet or exceed operational targets set by the team.
• Establish fluid routines and preserve a motivating, all-encompassing climate that stimulates real partnership and heightened team satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Possession of an associate degree or a relevant amalgamation of educational and work-related background.
• Proven history of at least two years in leading sales campaigns or overseeing staff members.
• Demonstrated proficiency gained through at least two years of active participation in a sales setting driven by objectives.
• The ideal candidate will possess a background of at least five years in the banking or financial services fields.

Preferred:

• A four-year degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related area is mandatory.
• Verified experience of successful guidance in a financial center or branch of a retail bank.
