Key Accountabilities:

• Respond to customer phone calls and emails swiftly, politely, and accurately to ensure efficient support.
• Investigate and solve intricate digital account or technical problems with the help of internal systems.
• Ascertain client requirements and suggest appropriate banking options to boost their financial security.
• Support in onboarding activities and peer-to-peer coaching for new team members to enhance service quality consistency.
• Focus on embodying a heightened level of empathy and care in client interactions to foster lasting loyalty and trust.
• Align with internal departments to improve efficiencies and enhance client satisfaction.
• Comply rigorously with corporate compliance guidelines, banking policies, and regulatory mandates.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Meeting the requirements for a high school diploma or its comparable alternative.
• Seeking individuals with expertise in interacting with customers for a period of up to two years in retail, food service, banking, sales, insurance, or call center industries.

Preferred:

• Mastery of both English and Spanish could result in qualifying for a supplementary pay differential related to language proficiency.
