Job specifications for the Market Strategy Manager role:

• A minimum of three to five years of job experience in a financial institution, preferably a bank, is desired.
• Skillful in managing branches, facilitating consumer loan processes, and enhancing sales performance.
• Advanced customer service techniques applied to sell and cross-sell diverse deposit and loan products.
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills is vital for engaging with customers, coworkers, and others.
• Being meticulous and methodical in organizing tasks with precision.

Specific duties are assigned to the Market Strategy Manager to ensure effective market management:

Sales & Service:

• Establish and manage an outside calling campaign targeted at generating new business clients, and maintaining and expanding existing customer connections
• Organize your daily agenda to create a balance between tasks carried out within the branch and those focused on external business growth in order to achieve assigned objectives
• Find openings and provide customers with appropriate products and services that meet their requirements
• Provide coaching sessions to empower staff in refining their sales tactics and service delivery
• Manages the staff's sales efforts to assist the Bank in achieving its sales and referral goals

Operations & Control:

• Ensure the smooth running of the branch by overseeing operations to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, security measures, and relevant government regulations
• Tasked with ensuring that branch audit and security needs are met

Community Involvement:

• Engage with the community as a representative of the bank during events
• Increase the market visibility of the Bank by maintaining memberships in professional, business, and community associations
• Urge and support employees to join community events and initiatives

Management:

• Provide team members with leadership, supervision, mentorship, and coaching
• Aid in administering a range of Human Resource programs, such as performance evaluations, hiring procedures, and documenting disciplinary measures
