Job Summary for Treasury Sales Consultant:

As a Treasury Sales Consultant, the individual holds the key responsibility of advising Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education clients on various aspects such as financial technology, working capital, and operational necessities. They play a crucial role in engaging with clients, leading strategic discussions with top executives and revenue cycle teams, with a particular focus on the healthcare and educational industries.

Key Responsibilities for Treasury Sales Consultant:

• Lead and engage in strategic conversations with top-level executives and Revenue Cycle teams, particularly within healthcare, to present tailored financial options.
• Assist customers in understanding a variety of treasury services, such as transaction handling, revenue receipts, cash flow oversight, credit card solutions, and online business transactions.
• Illustrate mastery in healthcare reform, industry challenges, and changing trajectories, while keeping clients informed and engaged. Lead and engage in speaking engagements at top industry associations like HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
• Design and carry out client and prospect gatherings focused on prevailing industry themes like Innovation, Preventing Fraud, Boosting Patient Satisfaction, and Streamlining System Integration. Form and manage enduring relationships with clients to ensure continual engagement and top-tier satisfaction rates.
• Develop and enact a strategic plan to encourage the expansion of current client portfolios and acquire fresh business opportunities. Stimulate the growth of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) by providing clients with an inclusive range of treasury products. Identify openings to deepen client relationships and offer bespoke solutions that cater to their specific demands.
• Prioritize prompt and impactful client engagement by emphasizing superior service delivery and the accomplishment of business objectives. Develop and implement consistent market approaches to preserve effective client relationships and sustain long-lasting development.

Qualifications for Treasury Sales Consultant:

• Successful candidates will have at least six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions, with a focus on healthcare banking or revenue cycle areas.
• Attainment of a BA/BS Degree or comparable practical expertise.
• Possesses strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the aptitude to provide personalized recommendations.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, with excellent presentation skills that enable engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Exemplary ability to handle numerous tasks by effectively managing time, staying organized, and planning ahead.
