Role Overview:

This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, handling existing and prospective customers, and supporting branch sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and exceeding expectations
• Perform basic customer service functions and cash transactions
• Reconcile cash daily to ensure financial accuracy and balance
• Identify referral opportunities to support branch performance goals
• Comply with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Identify risks and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and other business lines
• Adapt to changing digital banking platforms and channels
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the branch manager.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Customer service experience required

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong customer service abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good business judgment and decision making ability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Adaptability and resilience in changing environments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Compensation and Workplace:
