Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in handling cash transactions, reconciling accounts, understanding debit and credit principles, and knowledge of various banking products are essential skills.
• Practical command of math.
• Proficiency in maintaining stability and catering to customer requirements is a must.
• Competence in selling related financial products based on customer needs.

The candidate best suited for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to:

• Uphold the responsibility of delivering high-quality service while ensuring the protection of the branch from potential losses.
• Stay informed about the intricacies of branch operations.
• Broaden the clientele through the implementation of successful selling and coaching techniques, which include managing lending applications, cross-selling diverse bank services, and offering support to clients in every banking area.
• Assume responsibility for managing cash transactions and carrying out customer service responsibilities at the branch.
• Conduct tasks as specified by supervisors.
