Job Description for Financial Consultant:

The Financial Consultant is tasked with seeking out, engaging, acquiring, and maintaining high net worth clients and prospects by providing inclusive wealth management planning services. They act as the main liaison for high net worth clients and families while collaborating with other members of the Wealth team to offer joint advice and support. The consultant is responsible for pinpointing and fostering revenue-generating prospects in multiple product lines to meet growth and profitability targets through a varied financial planning strategy. Moreover, they serve as a Brand Ambassador, championing and advertising the Wealth business line both internally within the Bank and externally in the communities it supports.

Responsibilities for Financial Consultant:

• Client Acquisition encompasses the task of identifying and enticing fresh patrons to access the Bank's wealth solutions by initiating direct approaches, receiving client endorsements, and collaborating with colleagues within the Bank. Moreover, it involves the creation and nurturing of strategic alliances with prominent figures in the field to augment acquisition endeavors. Engaging in external networking and advancing market outreach are vital functions associated with this position.
• The core function of Relationship Management includes functioning as the focal point of communication and supporter for affluent prospects and customers. This entails staying well-informed about client contexts, situations, and the general relationship with the Bank to establish appropriate financial plans. Moreover, it encompasses presenting the full spectrum of services to clients, encompassing investments, banking options, financial planning advice, insurance offerings, and trust solutions. By implementing a personalized, hands-on approach, the goal is to nurture and extend existing client ties. In addition, involvement in the organization and hosting of client events is also part of the role.
• Wealth Management Strategy - Provides expert advice on managing wealth to both potential clients and those already engaged. Formulates strategic, thorough, and future-oriented plans to fulfill the financial necessities and ambitions of high net worth customers. Recognizes fitting products, services, and resolutions according to client needs, desires, and objectives. Collaborates with colleagues in the sector to deliver ongoing advice, products, and services that adjust to the evolving demands of clients.
• To promote effective partnerships, collaboration facilitates engagement with a spectrum of specialists within the organization, ultimately contributing to the successful execution of wealth management solutions for clients. It involves working in tandem with experts from diverse business segments to streamline the delivery of products and services in the wealth management sector.

Qualifications for Financial Consultant:

• The position mandates a high school diploma or GED coupled with a dozen years of experience in client procurement, asset collection, and dispensing holistic banking and financial advisory services

• Skill in Trust and Estate Administration

• The Series 65 or 66 license serves as a regulatory standard for professionals dealing with investment products and services
• To become licensed in State Life & LTC Insurance, applicants must adhere to the regulations and qualifications established by the state
