Position Overview:

A Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing loan accounts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate payment processing, maintaining customer records, resolving loan-related inquiries, and supporting borrowers with account servicing needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with lending regulations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the organization's lending operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
• Open and maintain personal and business accounts
• Provide guidance on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and government regulations
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support the achievement of branch sales and service goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
