Responsibilities:
Customers' requirements are promptly and precisely addressed by making the best use of the resources and tools at hand
Assessing the requirements of customers and presenting suitable financial services and products by engaging in conversations focused on their needs, with the aim of fostering and enhancing connections.
Carry out standard teller functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, loan repayments, and any other necessary transactions.
Enhance the segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and additional bank initiatives to achieve the growth and profitability goals of the Banking Center.
Meeting or surpassing sales, service, and operational objectives as an individual and within a team is anticipated
Ensuring adherence to both Federal and State regulations along with internal bank policies and procedures. Meeting or surpassing expectations set by branch audits and assessments of operational efficiency
Support in overseeing colleagues at the banking center by providing coaching assistance to other bankers. Serve as a mentor and aid in the training of newly hired bankers.
Education, Work History, and Abilities:
A high school diploma or GED is necessary, while having an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
Experience in customer sales and service for a period of 2 to 4 years, with a preference for 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven track record in effectively guiding, training, and inspiring others.
Comprehensive understanding of all goods and services on offer
Stays up to date with all the systems employed for branch transaction processing.
Exhibits proficient customer service abilities and a talent for fostering collaboration among team members, resulting in a constructive atmosphere at work.
Capability to accommodate a versatile and/or shifting timetable. Might need to work on weekends and beyond typical work hours. Travel may be necessary to different Banking Centers.
