Duties & Responsibilities:

• Displaying expertise in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, corporate lending, sales, sales management, customer relations, operational oversight, mentoring, staff training, effective communication, and public speaking.
• Carrying out additional tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED, along with at least one year of experience in a results-oriented leadership position in retail sales, or a Bachelor's Degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possessing a bachelor's degree alongside prior managerial roles.
• Capability to comprehend, motivate, and guide branch sales, service, operations, and financial outcomes across traditional and online channels.

• Familiarity with technological advancements like mobile applications and digital financial services.
• Understanding consumer and business banking deposit offerings is essential.
• Capability to foster, sway, ignite, and drive coworkers towards improving retention rates.
