What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate consultative discussions with esteemed customers to foster relationships and broaden connections, ensuring their reliance on you to identify the answers to their financial concerns.
  • Engage in both individual tasks and team projects to optimize customer involvement and increase sales prospects, as well as to identify financial solutions for customer needs.
  • Execute traditional customer transactions in a precise and business-like manner, adhering to established procedures and limits, which may include check cashing, deposit handling, and withdrawal processing for both personal and business accounts.
  • Respond to regular and complex queries about customer profiles, merchandise, amenities, regulations, and processes; resolve customer concerns and ensure they are fully resolved.
  • Establish fresh methods to engage customers through regular digital interactions and maintain a unified customer experience across all types of platforms, be it online or traditional.
  • Foster motivation among branch staff for targeted events through leading by example and offering guidance.
  • Engage in proactive cross-selling of bank deposit and loan options to new and existing clients using a consultative strategy based on their individual requirements.
  • Employ digital tools and various channels, both inside and outside the organization, to support customers and broaden customer engagements.
  • Apply laws and regulations to approve loan applications, including those for Home Equity.
  • Cultivate and sustain successful professional bonds, with both customers and peers.
  • Make use of Salesforce for customer engagements, dialogues, and post-interaction follow-ups.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to establish and nurture a culture focused on robust lobby management and active customer outreach initiatives, with the aim of elevating customer satisfaction within and outside the branch environment.
  • Maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and adherence to operational, regulatory, and security policies to mitigate risks to the Bank.
  • Be prepared to accept additional duties and responsibilities when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a bachelor's program or a track record of 2-4 years in sales and service settings like retail, hospitality, or financial services is preferred.
  • It is necessary to hold Notary Public status and be certified by NMLS.
  • Remarkable verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to handle an array of devices and equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational aptitude, emphasizing meticulousness and precision.
  • Demonstrating a keen sales mindset while successfully juggling numerous responsibilities and being flexible in adjusting methods to fit varying scenarios.
  • The capacity to work instinctively and come up with imaginative resolutions in the face of difficulties is key.
  • Demonstrating the capacity to meet regular office demands while engaging in prolonged periods of standing in various indoor and outdoor branch locations, and maintaining continual customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated capability to lift and convey items of up to 50 pounds.
  • Showing a readiness and aptitude for accommodating a flexible workweek that may involve weekends, depending on customer demands.
  • Exhibiting the aptitude to satisfactorily conclude our training regimen.
