What You’ll Do:

As a Banking Product Specialist, your primary task involves establishing and maintaining valuable connections with clients by leveraging your expertise in finance to suggest appropriate recommendations that cater to their requirements. Your responsibilities in this capacity are vital to enhancing the branch's performance by:

• Strengthening customer bonds by recognizing their financial necessities and offering appropriate products and services
• Coordinating efforts with internal teams like Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect clients with specialized proficiencies
• Running a till to conduct transactions for patrons in the lobby area and at the drive-through lanes
• The role involves inaugurating new accounts, conducting account maintenance, and providing guidance on digital banking products to customers
• Identifying potential fraudulent practices and other operational or financial vulnerabilities
• Supporting in the implementation of bank operational protocols during designated hours
• Assisting in facilitating outreach activities and events supported by financial institutions

Qualifications:

• Over 4 years of experience, with some positions exhibiting greater responsibilities in data management and analysis
• It is essential to have completed high school or obtained a GED for eligibility
• Intermediate computer skills
• Skilled in managing weights of up to 50 pounds
