A Branch Banking Specialist provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the team's progress towards meeting growth targets in financial performance and acquiring key clients by providing appropriate client connections and enhancing sales effectiveness.
• Deliver outstanding client service by addressing account questions, troubleshooting problems, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Focus on building strong client relationships through informative interactions and educational opportunities. Strive to achieve performance objectives outlined by Retail Leadership, including meeting referral targets and enhancing customer engagement.
• Conduct daily financial transactions accurately and on time, aiming to prevent avoidable losses. Adhere to all relevant bank policies and regulations for compliance and accuracy.
• Executes unique tasks and additional duties and obligations when necessary. Consistently observes the regulatory and compliance policies and benchmarks related to the position, as indicated, and accomplishes essential compliance training. Accountable for ensuring compliance with pertinent federal, state, and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Having a high school diploma or its substitute (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an acknowledged foreign equivalent is obligatory.
• It is necessary to have 3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Candidates with experience specifically in financial services are preferred.
