The Financial Services Advisor identifies, engages, acquires, and retains high net worth clients and prospects in holistic wealth management planning. Serves as a primary relationship manager for high net worth clients and families, while coordinating advice and activities with other members of the Wealth team. Determines and develops revenue-producing opportunities in multiple product lines to achieve growth and profitability goals through a diversified financial planning based approach. Serves as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the Wealth line of business within the Bank and across the communities served.

Primary Job Duties:

• Client Acquisition - Identifies and attracts new clients to the Bank's wealth offerings through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and by partnering with Bank associates. Builds and cultivates strategic partnerships with centers of influence to enhance acquisition efforts. Responsible for external networking and market development.
• Relationship Management - Serves as a primary point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients. Maintains current knowledge and awareness of client circumstances, conditions, and overall relationship with the Bank to develop appropriate wealth plans. Represents the full services offering to clients, including investments, banking, financial planning, insurance, and trust services. Develops and executes a high-touch, client-centric experience to maintain and expand existing client relationships. Assists in the planning and facilitation of client events.
• Wealth Consulting Services - Delivers expert advice on wealth management to potential clients and those already under service. Creates strategic, comprehensive, and future-forward plans to fulfill the financial needs and aspirations of high net worth customers. Identifies suitable products, services, and solutions according to the unique needs, desires, and goals of clients. Collaborates with other team members within the department to provide continuous advice, products, and services that cater to the changing requirements of clients.
• Collaboration is essential for developing strong partnerships with Bank stakeholders to bolster the department's strategic direction. It involves working closely with professionals from diverse business teams to coordinate the provision of wealth management products and services to clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in acquiring clients, asset gathering, and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice
• Client Acquisition experience
• Asset Gathering experience
• Proficient in offering comprehensive financial planning services designed to optimize financial well-being
• Banking experience
• Investment Management experience
• Insurance Planning experience
• Expertise in Trust and Estate Development
• The recommended credential for financial professionals is the Advanced Advisor/Planning designation, indicating a high level of expertise
• Series 7 license
• Securing the Series 65 or 66 license is essential for individuals looking to provide personalized investment guidance to clients
• The process of obtaining a license for State Life & LTC Insurance involves fulfilling the necessary qualifications and standards
