Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver swift, precise, and affable customer service.
• Perform daily operations related to transactions, including depositing money, withdrawing funds, and making payments.
• Begin and continue customer registrations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products from the bank.
• Promote the accessibility of digital banking tools and self-directed service avenues.
• Guarantee compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Keep accurate documentation and reconcile transactions to ensure balance.
• Offer solutions to customer problems to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

• Candidates need to hold a high school diploma or similar certification.
• Practical experience with cash transactions, sales processes, or client service encounters.
• It is preferred that applicants have past experience in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in fundamental computer and communication skills is a requisite for thriving in a technology-driven world.
