Job Description:
U.S. Bank Financial Consultant helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
The Financial Consultant is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and deepening client relationships. This role leverages knowledge of investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client needs. The PWA is expected to drive growth by building relationships both internally and externally, with support from a team of specialists. Additionally, the PWA serves as a U.S. Bank representative in the community and acts as a conduit for PWM’s strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Recognize, attain, and deepen connections with high-value and ultra-high-value clients.
Present holistic wealth and estate planning suggestions, encompassing advice on investments, banking options, credit facilities, insurance coverage, and fiduciary support.
Tailored solutions are formulated by assessing and addressing the unique circumstances and requirements of the client.
Teamwork with internal specialists to attend to client needs across a breadth of expertise.
Drive collaboration between clients and strategic partners to elevate financial planning within Private Wealth Management.
Propel the enhancement of sales figures and nurture the evolution of fresh client relationships within PWM.
Handle and give priority to client relationships with a holistic viewpoint.
Basic Qualifications:
Requirement of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of hands-on involvement.
Expertise honed over a period of 8 years in meeting the financial requirements of affluent individuals.
Essential Abilities & Experience:
Recognized for expertise in relationship management, networking, and driving business growth through strong connections.
Prospering in specialized customer segments or verticals with a focus on strategic partnership cultivation.
Customizing approaches by profiling clients and devising strategies that suit their individual requirements.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Displays adept communication skills through the simplification of complex concepts for clarity.
Demonstrating a genuine passion for addressing challenges and serving as a strategic advisor to clients.
Taking ownership of business outcomes by making independent decisions exemplifies a strong sense of leadership.
It is preferable to have professional certifications like CFA or CFP.
