Your role as a Personal Banking Advisor will be pivotal in:

• Managing, preserving, and obtaining long-term win-win associations with our customers.
• Identifying and comprehending the long-term financial necessities of customers to provide tailored product and service propositions.
• Harnessing the bank's newest technological tools to fulfill the expanding demands of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving quarterly and annual team and branch sales targets by engaging in various financial services like customer intelligence analysis, commercial real estate investments, small business administration loans, mortgage services, treasury management solutions, deposit products, wealth management investment offerings, international deposit and wire transfer services, and other commercial and consumer financial products.
• Obtaining and advancing loans such as Home Equity Lines of Credit, Residential Property Financing, and Commercial Real Estate Financing.
• Remaining compliant with annual renewals and regulatory norms for MLOs involves understanding interest rates, financing mechanisms, and calculation principles to deliver optimal service to potential mortgage customers.
• Is well-versed in the bank's deposit, loan, and ancillary products, and understands the qualifications needed.
• Provides help to customers with various financial tasks such as cash withdrawals, deposit placements, fund transfers, loan/credit card repayments, wire transfers, and currency exchange services.
• Conveys a motivated and diligent attitude focused on delivering optimal results that align with clients' best interests.
• Demonstrates skilled critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills in fulfilling clients' needs.
• Collaborates with colleagues and various lines of business to offer customers the most appropriate products based on their specific needs.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and self-assurance when dealing with clients.
• Capable of swiftly grasping information about products, services, and technologies and coaching customers on executing banking transactions digitally, using mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Specializes in enhancing clients' digital banking experiences through the strategic implementation of digital tools and technologies.
• Manifests a strong passion and talent for impacting, educating, and establishing relationships with technology consumers.
• Carries out other tasks as required.

Qualifications include:

• The educational prerequisites comprise a high school diploma or GED; candidates with Bachelor's degrees are preferred.
• Applicants with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial industry are highly desired.
• Proficiency in managing branch operations.
• Track record of excellence in consultative sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating skill in acquiring new customers, nurturing client connections, and delivering impactful results.
• Demonstrating professionalism and precision, effectively following up on tasks and responsibilities.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
• Well-acquainted with branch technology, mobile banking options, and online banking interfaces.
• Skillset includes problem-solving proficiency, sound decision-making, and a focus on meeting customer needs.
