What You’ll Do:

Being a Personal Banking Advisor requires you to forge and uphold significant relationships with customers, utilizing your financial understanding to propose suitable solutions that fulfill their requirements. Your pivotal role contributes to the advancement of the branch by:

• Fostering enduring connections with customers through an understanding of their financial requirements and recommendations of fitting products and services
• Joining forces with internal partners like Mortgage and Wealth Management to facilitate customer interactions with specialized professionals
• Managing a teller station to assist customers both inside the bank and at the drive-thru teller machines
• Duties include setting up new accounts, updating account information, and assisting customers with digital banking platforms
• Discerning potential fraudulent behavior and other operational or financial jeopardy
• Providing assistance with bank operational processes relevant to specified work shifts
• Assisting in facilitating outreach activities and events supported by financial institutions

Necessary Qualifications for Personal Banking Advisor:

• A track record of 4 to 6 years of progressively accountable experience in data management and analysis
• A GED or high school diploma is a prerequisite for this opportunity
• Intermediate computer skills
• Capacity to carry loads weighing as much as 50 pounds
