Branch Lending Manager

Branch Lending Manager Job Summary:

Assists the Branch Lending Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, operational excellence, regional growth, and profitability. Maintains a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, interviews, and trains top talent while proactively retaining employees and managing performance. Actively participates in local and state mortgage banking, realtor, and builder trade associations, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and current issues. Communicates business objectives, goals, and company performance results to staff. Promotes an effective sales environment through sales training, individual and team coaching, and creation of marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• At least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
