Credit Officer

Role Overview:

A Credit Officer is a financial professional responsible for supporting clients across various banking services such as account opening, transaction processing, financial advisory, and promotion of banking products. Primary Responsibilities:

Guide customers in routine banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
Open and maintain both personal and corporate banking accounts
Provide advisory support on financial products including loans, credit cards, and savings plans
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner
Support branch sales and service objectives through teamwork and coordination
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
